Unauthorized access can occur if account credentials or recovery information are disclosed to another person.
- Use a strong and unique password.
- Protect your 12-word Recovery Phrase.
- Never send the complete Recovery Phrase through Support or Messages.
- Report suspected unauthorized activity.
Blockchain Transaction Risk
Blockchain transactions may become irreversible after network confirmation.
Sending funds to an incorrect address or using an unsupported network may result in a transaction that cannot be recovered through the Gold Coin platform.
Always verify the destination address and supported network before sending funds.
Payment Verification
Uploading a payment receipt does not automatically mean that payment has been approved.
A submitted payment may remain pending while the related information is reviewed.
Additional transaction information such as a TXID / Hash may be requested where necessary for verification.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests may remain pending while they are reviewed.
Members are responsible for supplying the correct supported external wallet address.
External transfers may become irreversible after they are processed.
Locked Investment Funds
Under the current Gold Coin investment design, investment principal is allocated for the selected contract term.
The principal is not treated as Available Balance while the contract remains active.
Members should consider their need for liquidity before allocating funds to an investment contract.
Contract-Specific Conditions
An investment may include a principal amount, rate, contract term, start date, maturity date and profit-processing rules.
Members should review the applicable Investment Contract before confirmation.
Financial Performance
General website descriptions or examples should not independently be interpreted as guarantees of financial performance.
Any binding financial commitment must come from the applicable final agreement and remain subject to applicable legal requirements.
Market Values Can Change
Securities and financial markets can move rapidly.
Market prices may rise or fall between the time information is displayed and the time a transaction is processed.
Request Does Not Mean Completion
Submitting a Stock Market request through Gold Coin does not automatically confirm that a stock transaction has been completed.
Requests may remain pending while they are reviewed and processed through the applicable workflow.
Price Information
Unless information is explicitly identified as live market data, prices displayed by Gold Coin should not be assumed to represent real-time market pricing.
Market-data providers may also apply their own delays, terms or limitations.
Referral Activity
Registration or placement in a referral network does not automatically create entitlement to a financial reward.
Reward eligibility depends on the qualifying conditions defined by the applicable Gold Coin reward rules.
Reward Conditions
Reward calculations may depend on eligible activity in both sides of a member's referral network.
Only activity recognized as qualifying under the applicable platform rules should be included in reward calculations.
Platform Availability
Online services may experience downtime, maintenance, software errors, infrastructure failures or connectivity problems.
Continuous uninterrupted availability should not be assumed.
External Service Providers
Gold Coin may rely on external services for hosting, storage, backups, email, blockchain infrastructure, market data or other operational functions.
Availability of those external services may be outside Gold Coin's direct control.

No internet-based system can eliminate every cybersecurity risk.
Production security should use layered protections including HTTPS, secure sessions, access controls, monitoring, backups and administrative security.
False Transaction Information
Members must not submit fraudulent payment receipts, false TXIDs or intentionally misleading transaction information.
Suspicious activity may result in review or temporary restriction of relevant platform functions.
Service Availability by Jurisdiction
Availability of payment, investment, financial or stock-related services may depend on applicable laws, licensing, jurisdiction and user eligibility.
Technical availability of a feature does not by itself establish that the service may legally be offered in every location.
Account & Transaction Records
Gold Coin may maintain transaction, balance, ledger, security and support records necessary for platform operations.
Members should review their account activity and contact Support if they identify an unexpected record or discrepancy.
Platform Development
Gold Coin services, payment methods, investment plans, reward rules and platform features may change as the system develops.
Material changes affecting existing transactions or contracts should be handled according to the applicable agreements and legal requirements.
